Installed May 2018 Monthly security update caused Remote Desktop Connection Error

After installed May 2018 Monthly security roll up KB4103727 Description is “2018-05 Cumulative Update for Windows 10 Version 1709 for x64-based Systems (KB4103727)”.  Another installed update is ” 2018-05 Security Update for Adobe Flash Player for Windows 10 Version 1709 for x64-based Systems (KB4103729)” We found Windows 10 computers using Remote Desktop connecting to server is fail.  It pop up error message as below: “An authentication error has occurred. The function requested is not supported. Remote Computer : Computername123. This could be due to CredSSP encryption oracle remediation. 1. Change your local policy with local administrator logon.  Change local policy Computer Configuration >> Administrative Templates >> System >> Credentials Delegation >> Encryption Oracle Remediation.

Set the policy to Enabled and set the Protection Level to Vulnerable
